Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix tasks for end-user devices
Manage the full lifecycle of desktop devices, including configuration, patching, OS imaging, and vendor-based hardware replacements
Deliver support using tools such as SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking, ticket resolution, and remote assistance

Job Description
Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and end-user support activities as required
Support Manufacturing "Shop-Floor" handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices
Perform data collection and preservation activities related to migrations and/or eDiscovery
Stage, build, and image systems using the standard client image (eCore)
Provide Smart Hands and Feet support across teams on demand
Rack and stack support for commissioning/decommissioning infrastructure devices
Provide physical access for vendors to site/communication rooms (IDF/MDF/MMR) and Data Center/Server room
Manage Power Shut Down maintenance activities, including shutting down network devices and servers in the Data Center
Manage printers and usage monitoring, coordinating with vendors to ensure print service continuity
Coordinate cable patching with vendors or perform it on demand
Ensure basic network connectivity (LAN), Wi-Fi access, Video Tandberg, printer, and voice services are available on-site
Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability for end users
Manage IT asset lifecycle for the location/region, including collection coordination with vendors, secure storage, labelling, imaging, allocation, recovery, hygiene validation, disposal, and system updates
Support overall manufacturing/lab IT systems and devices, including scanners, printers, tablets, PCs attached to specialized test equipment, and PCs used on the manufacturing line.

Role requirements
Good communication skills; advanced communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams and/or OEMs on high-priority issues

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System

Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications

Advanced Microsoft skills (e.g., server support)

Good customer support skills

Minimum 2 years of desk-side support experience

Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and compute/storage

Basic knowledge of mobile device support

Experience supporting manufacturing/lab IT systems and equipment; familiarity with manufacturing, lab, or distribution center IT environments

Experience working in a Clean Room and/or Manufacturing environment
